Return & Exchange Policy

At Sthapino, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re happy to assist you with returns or exchanges if the item you receive is incorrect, defective, or damaged. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a request.

🔁 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You raise the request within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, with original tags, packaging, and in saleable condition.

❌ Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items returned after 3 days

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. Share your order number, product image, and reason for exchange.

  3. After approval, send the product back to our return address.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, the exchange will be processed.

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

💰 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only provided:

  • If the item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged

  • If the item received is damaged and no replacement is available

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item).

  • In case of eligible return due to our error, we will arrange a pickup or reimburse the shipping cost.

📦 Return Instructions

  • Ensure the product is packed securely with original packaging and labels.

  • Include your order number and return reason inside the package.
